This week has been horrible, my sleeping pattern was dreadful, my eating was completely off track and I am exhausted after working all weekend and doing split shifts in a hotel where I have some cheeky colleagues and rude guests.
Completely off track last week, so I am currently avoiding the scales because I don’t want to know what that number is or how much weight I’ve gained in the past week.
I feel completely bloated and disgusting since I went back to binge eating Jaffa cakes and chocolate, had pasta ready meals out of handiness for work, had loads of coffee and energy drinks and topped it all off with a chippy on Sunday to end the week because I had been out and about all day so was too tired to cook.
I’m not going to be ashamed of this past week, it happens to all of us and it’s out of our hands as we loose control. This week I am reeling myself back in and hope to be more organised by meal planning and prepping meals, I want to get more sleep and be drinking more water.

I am also looking for a better job and am waiting for my passport to arrive so I can hopefully get an internship in America for the year.
Hopefully this week isn’t as awful as last week.
