During this week my motivation has reached the highest it has been in a long time and i am feeling happier than ever, i have cycled over thirty miles in the week and have better than i have in a long time.
I have also started following fitness bloggers and vloggers such as Elle Darby and have been learning about tracking macros.
Within this week i have lost four pounds and have noticed a drastic change in my hood.
