Week five has been a week of content a s i am confident that what i am doing i s working for my weight loss journey and that i have been improving my health.

I purchased quite a few things from myprotein and i am in love with them. i have been trying out the active women range and so far i am loving it and have been seeing improvement in my workouts and cycling.

Within my order i received a gym bag, protein chocolate, chocolate fudge brownie protein powered, cranberry and pomegranate pre workout, a shaker bottle, multivitamins and coconut and collagen supplements.

I then went on and purchased the workout clothes on the left as they were on sale, i love the colour and that the myprotein logo is on them, they are really comfortable to work out in.

During this week I also discovered a new favourite food combination through Elle Darby's vlog and it tastes amazing! It is quite weird but it is amazing - the ingredients are` bread, banana, honey, cinnamon, Greek yogurt and dark chocolate.

First you are going to lightly fry the banana with the honey and cinnamon, toast your bread then top it with the Greek yogurt followed by the banana and break up a square of dark chocolate on top.
