This week has been far better than the disaster that was week 2, I purchased some new tools to help with my journey and have been eating far better with a bit more exercise.

I have been struggling with drinking enough water so I took a trip to home bargains where I found a 2.2 litre water bottle, I’ve now been drinking 4.4 litres of water a day!

From this small change I have noticed improvements with my digestive system and energy levels, I’m no longer fatigued.

During my trip I also bought a new protein shaker for 89p, coconut water and found some birch water, which has a peculiar taste – it’s something you will either love or hate!

I then went to b&m were I found Joe Wicks’ Lean in 15 – the shift plan for £4.99! Quite cheap si

nce it’s average is £8 in other stores and I have been wanting this book for a while since I have his HIIT DVD – gets the sweat on!

My eating has also improved this week as I haven’t bought any crap and I’ve been off work so my routine could get back to normal and temptation could be avoided.

This week I experimented with cloud eggs and discovered are amazing they truly are and I will be posting a recipe for them later on this week.

I have also been experimenting with Vlogging and will be edited it later this week to decide if it is for me or not; I much prefer to write.

I also went cycling this week, which I haven’t done in a few months – managed to go 2.6 miles which I’m quite proud off and I have prepared my self for the week ahead with a meal plan and shopping list.
