Weeks Eight, Nine + Ten

The past three weeks have been incredibly shit for me, my carpal tunnel has been getting far worse and i can barely use my left hand now.

Between the shit weather and the pain of carpal tunnel and sciatica I've completely lost my motivation and have no desire to work out or eat healthy.

I haven't been eating too bad, its mostly working out where its all gone down hill. I don't workout anymore and just go for a daily walk since i don't feel like i can do a full workout that id be happy with since lifting eights and some floor exercises have become too difficult.

I just need a good kick up the ass and get my motivation and determination back, been feelimg so shit and that needs to change.
