Effects of Eating White Carbs for 1 Week

If you have been keeping up to date with my insta stories then you will know that I have had no fridge or freezer for the past week as ours stopped working and we are waiting for a new one to arrive from Argos! 

Due to this I have had to live off carbs as produce will just go off in the house, I’ve been eating rice, super noodles and pasta as they are handy to make and have a longer shelf life since I won’t get to supermarket until Sunday. 

From this experience and experiment to see the effects too much carbs have on our bodies, it is safe to say that I feel terrible! 

My energy is lacking, I am extremely bloated, I have been having stomach cramps and feel as if I have had trapped in my stomach. 

I am not weighing myself this week as I know I am really bloated and the scales won’t be accurate with this as it will go down when I start eating proper food again. 

After this week I will be cutting white carbs out of my diet completely, I never want to feel like this again and it just goes to show how bad these foods are for our bodies and that things such as super noodles shouldn’t be on the market.
