Healthy Pizza Recipe

So I’ve been making my own pizza lately and for some reason I decided to make a high protein, low fat, pesto and prawn pizza and I was pleasantly surprised by how many of you wanted the recipe! 🍕 

The base: 

2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt 

3 tablespoons whole meal yoghurt 

The toppings: 

1 tablespoon green pesto 

Handful spinach and rockets 

A sprinkle of pine nuts 

A sprinkle of parmasean cheese 

To make the pizza it is best to start with the base, place the Greek yoghurt into a bowl and mix one tablespoon of wholemeal flour into the yoghurt and continue adding the flour until it turns into a nice dough. 

Sprinkle flour on to your work surface and rub some on a rolling pin, roll out your dough to form a base. 

Once the base is ready, spray some olive or coconut oil onto your pizza tray to prevent sticking and place your pizza base on top. 

Now your ready to add your toppings, start with the pesto (store bought or home made), add the spinach and rocket on top, add the prawns, pine nuts and top with the parmasean. 

Once all your toppings are in place in the oven at 220 degrees and cook for 15-20 minutes. 

Slice and enjoy!
