Itās the perfect little treat for the days we crave chocolate, are feeling a little down and need a quick pick me up.Ā
Ingredients:Ā
Mini wholemeal pitta breadĀ
Tablespoon chocolate tahiniĀ
BlueberriesĀ
Chia seedsĀ
Chilli powder (little metabolism kicker)Ā

Method:Ā
Spread the tahini on to the pitta and place in the microwave for 10-20 seconds, this will soften the pitta and melt the tahini.Ā
Then top it with blueberries/strawberries/ banana, a sprinkle of chia seeds and a sprinkle of chilli powder for a little kick on your tastebuds and your metabolism.Ā
